To enter settings that need proof of vaccination, individuals must show proof that they're fully vaccinated using their vaccination receipt. Individuals who received their vaccinations in Ontario can External link opens in new tab or windowdownload their vaccination receipt. You must also show a piece of government-issued ID that matches the name and date of birth on the vaccination receipt.

Please be advised that proof of vaccination, for anyone over the age of 12, will be required for all events, workshops, seminars and classes.  Individuals visiting gallery exhibitions are not required to provide proof of vaccination.

Classes for Children

The Public Art Centre will be offereing classes for children and adults beginning in mid-april.  For the spring session, all participates must show proof of vaccination and wear a mask while attending the class.


We thank you for your patience and understanding as we begin to reintroduce all of the wonderful programs you have come to look forward to and enjoy!

Because the spaces are limitied in these classes, we will offer an additional session in June, if the demand dictates.

The Art Centre offers an environment that is creative, non-competitive and open-ended, allowing young artists  the freedom to explore their potential and nurture their self-esteem. New skills and concepts are presented with an engaging and contemporary approach. These classes will provide and amazing opportunity for learning and creativity enhanced by our permanent collection and current exhibitions.
Advance payment and registration are required for all classes and workshops.  No refunds will be issued after the start of the class or workshop.

What to bring

Campers are required to bring a lunch, snacks, and drinks for the day. Lunches and snacks must be nut-free. Refillable water bottles are highly recommended. Indoor  clothing and footwear that can endure both messy fun and play are encouraged. Please bring a change of clean shoes to wear indoors in bad weather. Smocks are not provided. All art materials are supplied by the Public Art Centre

Cancellation policy

Cancellation with a refund must be requested at least 7 days before your child's program begins. There are no refunds for cancellations requested less than 7 days or after the program  begins.
