The Endowment Fund

is a separate entity of the St. Thomas - Elgin Public Art Centre. It has been intitated to ensure the future of the Art Centre.

will enrich the lives of future citizens of St. Thomas and Elgin County by providing essential support for exhibitions, public and education programs, and STEPAC’s facility.
